RLBC Rental Policy
We encourage Royal members to rent bowls and play in tournaments at other clubs! However, all rentals are subject to the following rules:
While in possession of our bowls, you will be responsible for their safe return. Damaged bowls will be replaced and paid for by the member who signed them out.
Each member can only rent 1 set of bowls at a time.
You must fill out a rental and a return form.
For long-term rentals, we require a $100 safety deposit.

Short-Term Bowl Rental (less than 7 days)

Short-term rentals allow members to bring our bowls to a local tournament. All you have to do is fill out a form, no deposit is needed. We ask that you have the bowls returned to the club within 5 days.
Long-Term Bowl Rental (over the winter)

Long-term rentals allow members to borrow our bowls for the winter season to bowl indoors or in warmer climates. Bowls must be returned by May 31st of the following year. We ask that you fill out a form and submit a deposit of $100 paid by cheque or e-transfer. Upon safe return of the bowls, you will receive your deposit back.
