Royal LBC - Fall AGM - October 4 4:30 - 8:00

at Commonwealth LBC clubhouse

Our annual fall AGM will be help on Saturday October 4 from 4:30 - 8:00 PM at the Commonwealth LBC clubhouse. The meeting will start at 4:30 and go to 5:30. Cash bar will be open at 5:30. Dinner starting at 6:00.

Cost to members for the banquet is $20 and $30 for nonmembers.

All members are strongly encouraged to attend. At this meeting you will hear reports from the board members about this past season and a bit about what lies ahead. More importantly, we will be electing our new board members! We will also be discussing a major project for our club for next season.

Following the meeting will be the bar, banquet, and a few games and some prizes. Come out and share in our celebration of this past season and socialize with fellow club members.

Menu: Roast Beef & Gravy, with Mini Yorkshire Puddings, Mashed Potato with cream & butter, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Broccoli Salad, Mixed Greens Salad with lemon vinaigrette, Assorted pickles, horseradish & pilsner mustard, rolls & butter.  Desert to follow.   The Commonwealth Cash Bar will be available with soft drinks, beer, coolers, wine.
