Royal LBC - Fall AGM - October 15 5:30 - 8:00

at Commonwealth LBC clubhouse

Our annual fall AGM will be help on Thursday October 15 from 5:30 - 8:00 PM at the Commonwealth LBC clubhouse. Dinner will be served starting at 5:45. Following the meal the meeting will be held around 7:00. Cash bar will be open at 5:30.

Cost to members for the banquet is $25 and $30 for nonmembers. (Please note the club is subsidizing some of the cost of the meal.)

All members are strongly encouraged to attend. At this meeting you will hear reports from the board members about this past season and a bit about what lies ahead. More importantly, we will be electing our new board members! We will also be discussing the priorities for our club for next season. Come out and share in our celebration of this past season and socialize with fellow club members.

Drift Catering Menu: Roast Beef & Gravy served with Mini Yorkshire Puddings; Mashed Potato with cream & butter; Roasted Seasonal Vegetables; Greek Pasta Salad with olives, tomato, cucumber, feta, penne pasta; Mixed Greens Salad with carrot, cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, lemon vinaigrette; Assorted pickle platter; horseradish & pilsner mustard; Assorted dessert platter. The Commonwealth Cash Bar will be available with soft drinks, beer, coolers, wine.   

In order to plan for food we need to know how many will be attending.
